He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
II Corinthians 9:6

As Orthodox Christians, we acknowledge that everything is a gift from God. All that we are, all that we have - in talents, time, or material possessions, is a gift from God. We are called to be stewards of these gifts and to minister these gifts faithfully for the glory of God. Let us therefore join with David the prophet saying, “But who am I, and who are my people, That we should be able to offer so willingly as this? For all things come from You, And of Your own we have given You.” (1 Chronicles 29:14).
